1. Subscription Plans

Photographers can purchase a plan to create and manage events on the platform. Plans may vary based on features, duration, or event limits.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing only.
  • Access to paid features will remain available until your current plan or billing period completes.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable under normal business operations. For exceptional cases, please reach out to us at contact@picmatch.in.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Plan Upgrade / Downgrade

  • You can upgrade your plan at any time.
  • Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, including misuse, fraudulent activity, or uploading inappropriate content. No refunds will be provided in such cases. Accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
